Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items—including bottles and unused tablets—and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
